This is the teaser to my Short Story, To Stay in the Living Lands. This story idea originated from a good writer friend Sakura Wrights. She and I are very good friends, and this story would not have been written if it weren’t for her.

Cassandra knew she’d never be free. But that all changed when she was transported into a Magical land. The Living Lands are nothing like she had ever imagined. On top of that, she finds family she never knew she had.
But time is running out. Cassandra starts fading. She must make it to the King before the celestial event of Nightfall, where the moon goes dark, or she will fade into a shadow of the Dark Lands.
The way is through a forest wrought with dangers. Cassandra must brave the forest before it is too late.
